Call for Papers "Cultural Diversity" 4-5 december Liège

In the context of rapidly evolving societies,contemporary organisations ranging from multinationals to small and medium enterprises, public and semi-­‐public organisations and associations are called to manage an increasingly culturally diverse labour force.

EGiD-­‐HEC-­‐ULg (Study on Gender and Diversity in Management), business school of the University of Liège and SEIN ‐ Identity, Diversity & Inequality Research, Hasselt University organize, within the joint Chair "Diversity and Social Innovations" organize  a colloquium on Cultural diversity in organisations: key issues and challenges, in  Liège,
December 4-­‐5, 2014.

Welcoming both academic presentations and more practical,case-­‐based presentations organizational practices related to the management of cultural diversity,
the colloquium will create a unique forum for academics and practitioners to exchange
theoretical approaches, research questions and management practices and
policies.
